Eagle Building Company is firmly committed to upholding the highest ethical standards, and we expect all of our business partners to do the same. Every employer is subject to Federal and State Labor law standards. Employees have rights regarding wages and benefits, including workers’ compensation insurance for injuries. If at any time you have a grievance regarding your employment conditions (i.e. are being unfairly treated, compensated, misclassified as an independent contractor, discriminated against, a victim of wage theft or human trafficking, etc.) while working on one of our projects, please fill out the below information, hit the “Submit” button and a representative from Eagle Building Company will be in touch with you shortly to discuss next steps for investigating and resolving your grievance. Please note that Eagle Building Company will reasonably maintain the confidentiality of any information you provide until such a time that formal action can be taken to resolve your grievance.
